This is the website of the Independent Third-Party Monitor (“Monitor”) selected by Centene Corporation (“Centene”), Magellan Health, Inc. (“Magellan”), and the California Department of Managed Health Care (“Department” or “DMHC”) to serve as the Monitor of the Competition-Related Undertakings in connection with the Department’s approval of Centene’s acquisition of Magellan’s California Entities. The Competition-Related Undertakings are meant to ensure the merger of Centene and Magellan does not adversely impact enrollees or the stability of California’s health care delivery system.
The Monitor does not represent any of the parties and cannot represent or provide legal advice to complainants. This website is owned and maintained by the Monitor and is not owned by, or affiliated with Centene, Magellan, or the DMHC.
